Integrity Fusion’s Standard Female NPT Transition Fittings are engineered for dependable performance in a wide range of piping applications. Built from epoxy-coated carbon steel or corrosion-resistant 304/316 stainless steel, these fittings provide a secure mechanical transition between HDPE and steel piping systems.
The internally machined and beveled transition collar delivers a tight, piggable seal and maintains full HDPE coverage through the collar’s interior. This design resists corrosion, handles thermal stresses, and supports the MAOP of SDR 9 HDPE pipe—rated up to 255 PSI at 73.4°F. These fittings are compatible with PE3408, PE4710, and PE100 HDPE resins per ASTM D3350 and can be heat fused to any manufacturer’s pipe or fittings.
Compliant with ANSI/ASME B1.20.1, AWWA C116-01/C213-01, ASTM D2513 (Category 3), and other industry standards, these transition fittings are ideal for water distribution, oilfield operations, landfill piping, and industrial use. Female NPT threads allow easy connection to standard threaded steel systems.
