Integrity Fusion’s Standard Male NPT Transition Fitting | IPS | SDR 17 | 125 PSI delivers a durable and corrosion-resistant connection between HDPE piping and threaded metal systems. Manufactured using epoxy-coated ASTM A53/API-5 carbon steel or ASTM A249/A269 304 or 316 stainless steel, these fittings are engineered for long-term performance in demanding applications.
The transition collar features a precision-machined and beveled internal groove, providing complete HDPE coverage inside the fitting for a piggable, leak-resistant seal. Rated for 125 PSI at 73.4°F, this fitting is compatible with PE3408, PE4710, and PE100 HDPE resins and meets or exceeds ASTM D2513 Category 3 mechanical joint standards.
These transition fittings are compliant with ASTM and AWWA specifications, making them suitable for a wide range of utility, municipal, industrial, and environmental piping systems.

Installation Notes:
Apply pipe joint sealant or Teflon tape to threads. Hand-tighten first, then finish with strap wrenches only. Do not use pipe wrenches, as they can deform the collar and compromise the seal. Always pressure test before backfilling.
