The Standard Male NPT Transition Fitting | IPS | SDR 7 | 355 PSI by Integrity Fusion Products offers a secure and long-lasting connection between steel pipe and HDPE piping systems. Designed to ANSI/ASME B1.20.1 NPT specifications, this high-performance transition fitting is available in epoxy-coated carbon steel (ASTM A53/API-5) or 304/316 stainless steel (ASTM A249/A269) for excellent corrosion resistance and strength.
A precision-machined internal groove and full HDPE collar coverage deliver a piggable seal and mechanical joint capable of handling thermal stress and rated pressure. These fittings are manufactured and tested to meet ASTM D2513 Category 3 mechanical joint requirements (non-gas rated) and are compatible with HDPE resins PE3408, PE4710, and PE100 per ASTM D3350.
