Standard Male NPT Transition Fitting | IPS | SDR 9 | 255 PSI
Integrity Fusion’s Standard Male NPT Transition Fittings deliver secure, high-performance connections between HDPE piping and threaded metal systems. Made from ASTM A53/API 5 epoxy-coated carbon steel or corrosion-resistant 304/316 stainless steel, these fittings are designed to withstand demanding environments.
Each fitting features a precision-machined and beveled groove that allows it to maintain the full pressure rating of the HDPE pipe. The design provides complete HDPE coverage through the ID of the transition collar—ensuring corrosion protection, a piggable seal, and thermal stress resistance.
Manufactured to meet or exceed ASTM D2513 Category 3 mechanical joint standards, these fittings are compatible with PE3408, PE4710, and PE100 resins and suitable for a wide range of industrial, municipal, and utility applications. Not rated for natural gas systems.

Installation Reminder:
Always use Teflon tape or pipe joint sealant. Hand-tighten, then secure with two strap wrenches—do not use pipe wrenches, which can deform the collar and compromise the seal. Test for leaks before backfilling.
