The IntegriFuse Weld-End Transition Fitting is engineered for demanding applications that require a secure and high-integrity connection between HDPE and steel piping systems. This heavy-duty transition fitting features an internally and externally epoxy-coated carbon steel weld-end (ASTM A106/A53, Schedule 40) joined to a molded HDPE butt fusion end, designed to meet the full pressure rating of SDR 11 pipe—up to 200 PSI at 73.4°F.

Designed with a machined and beveled internal groove, this fitting delivers a mechanical joint capable of handling thermal stresses while maintaining a piggable, corrosion-resistant seal. The HDPE extends fully through the transition collar, ensuring complete protection from internal corrosion and long-term service reliability.

Suitable for use in a wide range of industrial applications—including oilfield, municipal water, wastewater, mining, and landfill systems—this fitting meets ASTM D3261, ASTM F1598, F1599, AWWA C901/C906, and NSF 61 standards. Note: Not approved for natural gas distribution systems.
