Polywater ZipSeal Foam Duct Sealant System — Product Overview

Polywater® ZipSeal™ is a fast, easy, and reliable two-part foam sealant system designed to seal small conduits, communication innerducts, and tight annular spaces. Its innovative mesh-strip support allows simple installation in both horizontal and vertical orientations. ZipSeal expands to block the ingress of water, gases, and pests—including rodent deterrent protection.

This re-enterable, high-expansion foam withstands up to 30 ft (9 m) of water-head pressure, forms a durable and code-compliant seal, and is compatible with all known cable jackets and conduit materials, including HDPE, PVC, copper, and steel. One kit can create multiple seals depending on conduit size, making ZipSeal an efficient and technician-friendly solution.
