Returns & Refunds Policy

At Utility Pipe Supply, we value your business and strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. Because of the specialized nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we recognize that issues may occasionally arise, and we are committed to reviewing each situation fairly.

Exceptions

If there is a concern with your order, please contact our customer service team. Returns may be approved on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after 30 days are generally not eligible unless approved in writing as a one-time exception.

To qualify, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Remain in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or order reference

Partial Returns

Partial returns are generally not accepted. Requests involving only a portion of an order may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, may be issued as store credit or subject to restocking and handling fees.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at sales@utilitypipesupply.com. Returns must be approved prior to shipment. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

If approved, please clearly reference the original order number on or inside the return shipment so we can properly identify the material.

Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of authorization.

Shipping Responsibility

Unless the return is due to an error by Utility Pipe Supply, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To help us evaluate and resolve the issue quickly, please email clear photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage or labeling to sales@utilitypipesupply.com. Our team will review the information promptly and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Special order or non-stock items
  • Cut, custom, or modified products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a standard 20% restocking fee. Items showing signs of installation, damage, or missing packaging may be refused or subject to additional fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or, at our discretion, as store credit within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
