Aluminum Crimping Sleeves — Product Overview
Aluminum crimping sleeves, also called swage sleeves or ferrules, are used to make eye loops, splices and terminations on wire rope and cable. Pass the rope through the sleeve, form the loop, and crimp the sleeve down with a hand or hydraulic crimping tool to lock the rope in place.
Each sleeve is sized to a wire rope diameter, from 1/16" up to 1/2". Match the sleeve to the rope size, and follow your crimping tool maker's instructions for the number of crimps and gauge check on each sleeve.

- Rope Compatibility: Commonly used on galvanized and bright (uncoated) steel wire rope. For stainless steel rope, copper sleeves are the usual choice.
