Calbond PVC Coated Rigid Steel Conduit is designed to provide the ultimate protection for electrical wiring systems in harsh and corrosive environments. Featuring a dual-layer protective system, each conduit includes an exterior PVC coating (0.040" minimum thickness) and an interior urethane coating (0.002") for superior resistance to chemicals, moisture, and abrasion.
Each piece is hot-dip galvanized (HDG) for additional corrosion protection and features threaded ends with specialized anti-corrosion coatings. Color-coded thread protectors maintain integrity during handling, and couplings are shipped separately for convenience. Tested to meet UL6, NEMA RN-1, ANSI C80.1, and Intertek SEMKO ETL PVC-001 verification standards, this conduit ensures long-term reliability and compliance for industrial, commercial, and marine applications.
