Prime Conduit’s DB-120 PVC Sweeps with a 90° bend and factory bell end are engineered for demanding underground power and communication (P&C) conduit systems. These heavy-wall sweeps provide long-term strength and flexibility for directional changes in buried duct runs.

Manufactured from high-modulus PVC and built to NEMA TC-9 and ASTM F-512 standards, DB-120 sweeps are suitable for both direct burial and concrete encasement. Each sweep includes a factory bell end for secure solvent-weld connections without the need for couplings. Sweeps with radii of 72″ or greater may ship segmented for easier handling.

Available in 2″ through 6″ sizes and radius options ranging from 18″ to 300″, these 90° sweeps support large commercial and utility-scale conduit systems requiring precise, code-compliant bend geometry.
