Prime Conduit’s DB-60 PVC Sweeps with a 30° bend and factory bell end are designed for reliable, mid-angle directional changes in underground power and communication (P&C) conduit systems. These sweeps minimize cable strain while maintaining compliant bend geometry for safe and efficient installations.

Made from high-modulus PVC and compliant with NEMA TC-9 standards, DB-60 30° sweeps are rated for direct burial and concrete encasement. Each sweep includes a solvent-weldable bell end, eliminating the need for couplings and reducing installation time in field conditions.

Available in 2″ through 6″ sizes with radius options from 18″ to 300″, these sweeps are ideal for large-scale conduit runs requiring gentle directional transitions. Sweeps 72″ radius and longer may be shipped in segments for easier handling. For 3½″ DB-60 conduit (Part #48814-020), use 3½″ Schedule 40 elbows as recommended.
