Male Adapter Fittings (Tapered Threads) (ID) - Below Ground
Our ID Male Adapter Fittings with tapered NPT threads are specifically designed for below-ground Canadian telecom applications, offering a reliable solution for joining rigid steel, Myers-type hubs, or connecting to precast iron boxes with female thread entrances. These high-quality male adapters provide a secure, leak-proof connection, ensuring smooth, long-lasting installations for your telecom infrastructure.
Engineered for use with ID (Inside Diameter) tubular type conduit, which features a smaller Outside Diameter (OD) than traditional IPS conduit, these male adapters are ideal for installations where compactness and compatibility with standard pipe clamps are essential. The smaller OD of ID conduit allows for use with standard pipe clamps, although it's important to select the correct clamp size for a secure and proper fit. ID conduits range in sizes from 2" to 6" and come with either straight socket or interference joint connections. Simply add “-S” for straight socket or “-I” for interference joint when ordering, providing flexibility and customization for your project.
Key Features:
