Compressed Air Coolers protect fiber optic cable and duct systems from heat damage during blowing operations. Designed to reduce air temperature and moisture, this cooler ensures optimal performance, safety, and reliability in high-temperature conditions.

The unit cools compressed air from a maximum of 350°F (176°C) to within 20°F (11°C) of ambient temperature. By keeping air temperature controlled—such as cooling 350°F air to around 120°F (49°C) in 100°F (37°C) ambient conditions—it prevents the softening of cable jackets and ducts. In addition, the cooler removes moisture from the airflow, preventing water accumulation and lubricant dilution inside ducts.
