Molded Electrofusion Equal Tee | IPS | SDR 11 & SDR 17 — Product Overview

Integrity Fusion Molded Electrofusion Equal Tees provide a fully pressure-rated HDPE branch connection for IPS-sized pipelines from 1-1/4″ through 8″. Each fitting is injection molded using high-quality PE4710/PE100 bi-modal resin for superior consistency, reliable fusion performance, and long-term durability.

All molded tees meet stringent industry standards including ASTM F1055, ASTM D2513, ASTM D3261, ANSI/AWWA C901/C906, FM 1613, and NSF 61. Available in SDR 11 and SDR 17, these fittings are designed for use in municipal water, industrial piping, gas distribution (SDR-appropriate), and general underground utility applications.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Injection-Molded Construction – Ensures precise geometry, consistent melt flow, and smooth interior transitions.
  • PE4710/PE100 Resin – High-strength bi-modal resin provides excellent pressure performance and long service life.
  • Wider Fusion & Cold Zones – Designed to improve stab depth flexibility and ensure optimal melt expansion.
  • Melt-Flow Indicators – Offer visual verification of proper material expansion during fusion.
  • Dual SDR Compatibility – Available in SDR 11 and SDR 17 for a wide range of HDPE system designs.
  • IPS Sizing – Full molded range from 3/4″–8″ for common distribution system requirements.

Applications

  • Municipal water & wastewater systems
  • Industrial fluid conveyance
  • Underground utility distribution
  • Potable water service lines
  • Gas distribution (per pressure rating and SDR)
