Integrity Fusion Heavy-Duty Weld-End Transition Fittings provide a robust mechanical connection between HDPE and Schedule 40 carbon steel piping systems using an internally machined, beveled groove design. Designed for SDR 7, 9, 11, and 17 (2″–8″ IPS), each fitting is precision-machined and internally and externally epoxy-coated for superior corrosion protection and long-term durability.
Each transition includes an internally beveled steel collar and full-length HDPE coverage through the I.D. for a piggable, leak-tight joint rated to the connected HDPE pipe’s MAOP. These fittings are intended for municipal, industrial, and utility applications where a welded steel interface is required. Note: Not for natural gas applications.
