Integrity Fusion 60° Beveled Flange Adapters provide a high-strength, pressure-rated transition from IPS HDPE pipe to ANSI/ASME B16.5 steel flanges. Manufactured from durable PE4710/PE100 bi-modal resin, these molded adapters ensure consistent sealing performance, accurate geometry, and long-term reliability in demanding water and industrial applications.
Designed for SDR 11 piping systems and rated to 200 PSI (MAOP @ 73.4°F), the molded 60° bevel increases gasket contact area, improves alignment during bolt-up, and helps achieve a dependable, uniform flange seal.
