The IntegriFuse Molded Equal Tee is a precision injection-molded butt fusion fitting engineered for IPS HDPE piping systems rated SDR 9 with a pressure capacity of 255 PSI at 73.4°F. Designed to create a service branch of equal size in your piping system, this fitting ensures smooth and efficient flow redistribution or diversion of gases or liquids without compromising the system’s structural integrity.
Manufactured from NSF-listed, high-density bimodal polyethylene copolymer resin (PE3408/PE4710/PE100), these tees are built to perform reliably in a wide range of demanding applications including potable water, natural gas, industrial, landfill, oil & gas, and mining sectors. The resin used meets ASTM D3350 cell class 445574-CC3, ensuring consistent quality and durability.
IntegriFuse fittings comply with rigorous industry standards such as ASTM D2513, ASTM D3261 (where applicable), ANSI/AWWA C901 & C906, FM 1613, and NSF 61. They are compatible with pipe and fittings meeting ASTM D2513, D3035, and F-714 specifications.
Available in nominal pipe sizes ranging from 3/4” to 12”, and manufactured to meet both IPS and DIPS nominal pipe standards, these molded equal tees offer versatility and reliability for your HDPE piping projects.
