Integrity Fusion Rotary Scraper/Peeler Tools are engineered to remove the oxidized surface layer from the end of HDPE pipe—a critical requirement for successful electrofusion joints. By peeling away a minimum of 0.007″ of material, these tools expose clean, virgin PE required for reliable fusion bonding.
Rotary Peelers are inserted into the pipe end and remove material evenly around the full circumference. They prepare pipe ends for electrofusion couplings, tapping saddles, and side-wall fittings. Two model ranges accommodate pipe sizes from 3″ through 16″.
