Red-White Valve’s 1900AB Lead-Free Dielectric Union provides a corrosion-resistant connection between dissimilar metals such as copper and steel, preventing electrolytic action and extending system life. Built to ANSI/ASME B16.39 standards, this union combines strength, precision, and certified lead-free performance for potable-water and hydronic systems.
Manufactured from forged steel (ASTM A105) and lead-free brass tailpiece (ASTM B927 C28450), the 1900AB is rated to 200 PSI WOG and certified to AB1953, NSF/ANSI 61 & 372. Its EPDM gasket and non-conductive plastic insulator ensure long-term leak resistance and galvanic protection.
