Red-White Valve’s 247AB Lead-Free Brass Swing Check Valve provides reliable, corrosion-resistant backflow prevention for potable-water and hydronic systems. Its horizontal “T” pattern design and solder × solder ends (ASME B16.22) ensure smooth installation and long-term, leak-free performance.
Built from ASTM B927 C27450 lead-free brass and certified to AB1953 and NSF/ANSI 61 & 372, this ECO-VALVE meets the Drinking Water Act definition of lead-free (< 0.25 % lead content by wetted surface ratio). Rated 200 PSI WOG @ 450 °F max, the 247AB is suited for residential, commercial, and light-industrial installations.
