Prime Conduit’s DB-60 PVC Sweeps with an 11.25° bend and factory bell end offer subtle, long-radius directional transitions for underground power and communication (P&C) conduit systems. These low-angle sweeps help maintain conduit alignment while reducing cable tension during pulls.

Manufactured from high-modulus PVC and compliant with NEMA TC-9 and ASTM F-512, these sweeps are approved for direct burial and concrete encasement. Each includes a factory bell end for fast, secure solvent-weld installation—no couplings required.

Available in 2″ through 6″ sizes and a wide range of radii from 18″ to 300″, these sweeps are ideal for long runs with shallow directional shifts. Sweeps 72″ and longer may be shipped in segments for easier handling. For 3½″ DB-60 conduit (Part #48814-020), use 3½″ Schedule 40 elbows as needed.
