The OE Type Open Ended Cable Splicing Sock is the ideal solution for splicing two cables together to form a continuous loop. Commonly used for replacing lift cables, this product allows easy attachment of an old cable to a new one, making the replacement process smooth and efficient. It is also suitable for temporary cable splicing or conductor splicing when torsion forces are not present. In situations where torsion exists, a swivel and two grips are recommended to release tension before splicing.
Available in galvanised steel or stainless steel, the OE Type Splicing Sock is highly durable and built for strength. With single, double, and triple weave configurations, it can accommodate a range of cable sizes from 10mm to 140mm.
