Versatile Cable Racks

Our Cable Racks are engineered for efficient support of cable runs within manholes and vaults, featuring a robust and versatile design. Crafted from high-quality 1 1/2″ x 9⁄16″ x 3⁄16″ (38 x 14 x 5 mm) hot rolled steel channel, these racks are hot dip galvanized to ensure exceptional durability and resistance to corrosion.

The racks are designed with T-slots spaced at 1 1/2″ (38 mm) intervals, providing flexibility for attaching various hooks to accommodate different cable types and sizes. This spacing allows for secure and adjustable installation of cable management hooks, making it easy to organize and support cables efficiently.

For added versatility, the 8, 14, and 18-hole racks are equipped with 19⁄32″ x 3⁄4″ (15 x 19 mm) mounting slots at each end. These slots are designed to interlock, allowing multiple racks to be combined into a single, continuous unit to meet specific installation needs. This feature is particularly useful for creating custom-length racks to fit larger cable runs or complex installations.

Longer racks are mounted through the T-slots, which offer flexibility in positioning and securing the racks. The design is compatible with 1/2″ or M12 mounting hardware, ensuring that the racks can be securely attached to various surfaces and structures as needed.
