Series 415 Side Fusion Tapping Saddle | 2" Base | DIPS

The Poly-Cam Series 415 Side Fusion Tapping Saddle offers a heavy-duty, low-profile solution for creating branch outlets on DIPS HDPE pipelines. Featuring a barbed mechanical design, this saddle is hydraulically compressed into polyethylene or copolymer pipe, forming a permanent, high-strength mechanical seal. A stainless steel compression ring further enhances pullout resistance, while the female-threaded outlet enables secure installation of valves or corporation stops.

Engineered for use with standard side fusion equipment, the 2" pivot base can be machined on-site to match the radius of the main DIPS pipe, ensuring a seamless and reliable fusion connection.

With a pressure rating of 335 PSI and a 50-year minimum design life at 73.4°F (23°C), this tapping saddle is ideal for demanding utility, municipal, and industrial HDPE installations.
