Integrity Fusion Heavy-Duty Weld-End Transition Fittings provide a robust mechanical connection between HDPE and steel piping systems. Designed for SDR 7, 9, 11, and 17 HDPE pipe, each fitting is precision-machined and internally and externally epoxy-coated for superior corrosion protection and long-term durability.
Each transition features an internally beveled steel collar and full-length HDPE extension, ensuring a piggable, leak-tight joint rated to the maximum allowable operating pressure (MAOP) of the connected HDPE pipe. These fittings meet ASTM and AWWA performance standards and are suitable for municipal, industrial, and utility applications where a welded steel interface is required.
