Standard Female NPT Transition Fitting | IPS | HDPE to Steel | SDR 7–11 | 200–355 PSI
Standard Female NPT Transition Fitting | IPS | HDPE to Steel | SDR 7–11 | 200–355 PSI
Integrity Fusion Standard Female NPT Transition Fittings provide a secure, high-performance connection between HDPE and threaded steel piping systems. Each fitting is precision-machined to ANSI/ASME B1.20.1 standards and available in epoxy-coated carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, or 316 stainless steel transition collars. Designed for SDR 7, 9, and 11 HDPE pipe systems, these fittings deliver reliable, leak-resistant performance up to the maximum allowable operating pressure (MAOP) of the connected pipe.
The internal HDPE extension passes completely through the steel collar, creating a piggable, corrosion-resistant bore that maintains full protection against electrochemical and environmental corrosion. Ideal for municipal water, wastewater, geothermal, industrial, and mining applications, these fittings meet or exceed ASTM and AWWA standards for long-term reliability.
Key Features & Benefits
