Polywater InstaGrout Utility Pad Opening Sealant — Product Overview
Polywater® InstaGrout™ is a self-leveling, fast-expanding polyurethane sealant engineered to seal utility pad openings, duct stub-ups, and cabinet bases against rodents, water, humidity, and environmental intrusion. Once mixed and poured, the two-part formula flows throughout the target area, fills voids, and expands into a strong, cross-linked, closed-cell barrier. This durable seal improves system reliability and helps prevent outages caused by rodent activity or moisture infiltration.
InstaGrout adheres to fiberglass, polymer concrete, concrete, PVC, aluminum, copper, HDPE, and other common utility pad materials. The cured foam withstands freeze/thaw cycles, direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures without shrinking, cracking, or crumbling. The seal is re-enterable, allowing crews to drill or saw through the material to install new ducts or cables when needed.
