The S7L-MK610 15 Ton Lunchbox Crimping Tool delivers high-performance compression for lugs and splices up to 1500 MCM copper and 1250 MCM aluminum. Designed for industrial and utility-grade work, it features a 2-inch jaw opening and accepts both P-type dies and U-type dies (with adapter), making it highly versatile in the field.
This tool’s upgraded hydraulic system offers up to 2X faster cycle speeds than previous models. The auto-retract ram increases job efficiency by resetting the tool after each cycle, while the 270° rotating head and open C-head design provide easy access in tight or angled spaces.
With a rubber boot for live-line safety, a handle-forward ergonomic design, dual LED lights, and a trigger-lock for secure transport, this tool is purpose-built for demanding field work. It’s tested to 75kV and powered by the Makita LXT battery platform.
