Prime Conduit’s DB-120 PVC Sweeps with a 45° bend and belled end provide a reliable, heavy-wall solution for directional transitions in underground conduit systems. Built for strength and performance, these sweeps are ideal for power and communications duct installations requiring smooth, durable, long-lasting bends.
Each sweep is made from high-modulus PVC and meets NEMA TC-9 standards for buried conduit applications. The factory bell end ensures a fast, solvent-weld connection without the need for couplings. Sweeps with a 72" radius or greater may ship in segments to simplify handling. Custom sizing and configurations are available upon request.
Available in 2" through 6" and radii from 18" to 150", these 45° DB-120 sweeps deliver excellent bend control and resistance to external pressures in commercial, utility, and industrial environments.
