PVC SWEEP | DB-60 | 30° BEND | BELLED END
Prime Conduit’s DB-60 PVC Sweeps with a 30° bend and belled end offer a reliable solution for underground directional conduit transitions. Designed for use in direct burial or concrete encasement, these sweeps are built from high-modulus PVC and comply with NEMA TC-9 standards for performance, durability, and dimensional consistency.
Available in sizes 2" through 6" and a wide range of radii from 18" to 300", these sweeps help maintain proper bend radii while reducing cable friction and stress. Each sweep includes a factory-formed bell end for quick, secure solvent-weld installation without the need for additional couplings.
For 3½" DB-60 conduit (Part #48814-020), use 3½" Schedule 40 elbows as recommended. Sweeps 72" radius and above may be shipped in segments for easier handling and installation. Custom configurations are available upon request.
