Integrity Fusion Orbital Scraper/Peeler Tools provide full 360-degree pipe surface preparation for electrofusion couplers, mechanical fittings, and sidewall saddle installations. By removing the oxidized outer layer from the entire circumference of the HDPE pipe, these peelers expose clean, virgin material—critical for achieving strong and reliable fusion bonds.

Why Proper Pipe Preparation Matters

Removing the oxidation layer is the single most important factor for electrofusion success. HDPE pipe must be scraped to expose clean virgin material—typically 0.007″, approximately the thickness of two sheets of paper.
