Designed for IPS SDR 17 pipe and rated for 125 PSI MAOP at 73.4°F, this transition fitting is ideal for a wide range of high-demand infrastructure applications.
Constructed from ASTM A53/API-5 carbon steel, internally and externally epoxy-coated for corrosion protection, the fitting features an internally machined and beveled groove that forms a strong mechanical joint. It also allows for unobstructed HDPE flow through the collar, ensuring a piggable seal and pipe restraint equivalent to expected thermal stresses.
This fitting meets or exceeds multiple industry standards and is certified for fusion to PE3408 / PE4710 / PE100 resins, making it compatible with most HDPE piping systems.
