Heavy-Duty Quadrant Block | 90° Cable Turns — Product Overview
The Heavy-Duty Quadrant Block uses six cast aluminum or six Nylatron sheaves on bronze bearings to allow cable to make a gradual 90° turn for pulling through a manhole opening.
The block can also be suspended in a manhole to provide alignment to the duct run. The support bar and hanger arms are sold separately, and replacement sheaves are available.
Product Features
- Six Sheaves: Available with cast aluminum or Nylatron sheaves.
- Bronze Bearings: Sheaves operate on bronze bearings.
- 90° Cable Turn: Allows a gradual 90° turn through a manhole opening.
- Manhole Suspension: Can be suspended in a manhole to provide alignment to the duct run.
- Load Capacity: Rated 4,800 lb (4" and 5") or 10,000 lb (6" and 8").
- Pulling Radius: 24.25" to 37.75" depending on size.
