Hooked Hanger Sheave, Cable Feeding Sheave, Corner Cable Guide, Heavy-Duty Quadrant Block, Three-Sheave Cable Guide, and Jamb Skid, these sheaves ensure your equipment continues to operate with precision and reliability.
Built from premium materials, each sheave is engineered to minimize friction, reduce wear, and provide consistent, reliable performance across tough cable pulling applications. Whether replacing worn components or keeping spares on hand, these sheaves help maintain project efficiency and prevent costly downtime.
Aluminum or Nylatron?
Every standard size is available in two materials. Pick the size first, then the material.
- Aluminum – The standard sheave supplied with most Condux cable guides and quadrant blocks.
- Nylatron – A cast-nylon sheave offered as the alternative where a non-metallic bearing surface is preferred.
Both materials share the same sheave size, shaft diameter, and mounting dimensions shown in the chart below, so either fits the same equipment. Each size carries its own part number in each material, listed side by side in the Ordering Information table.

Note: Standard replacement sheaves are compatible with most Condux cable handling tools. The 4,000 lb. series is specifically designed for Hooked Hanger Sheaves and Jamb Skids, and is supplied in aluminum only.

Each row lists the same sheave in both materials. Dimensions apply to both the aluminum and the Nylatron part number on that row. A dash in the Nylatron column means Condux does not publish a Nylatron equivalent for that sheave.
