Split Sleeve Sweeps — Schedule 40 PVC elbows split lengthwise, for adding a bend to a conduit run around installed cable.
A split sleeve sweep is a standard Schedule 40 PVC sweep cut along its length so the halves close around an existing cable. It is part of Prime's Split Duct system: where a repair or reroute needs a change of direction, the sweep goes on without pulling the conductors, and split sleeve couplings join it to the duct or conduit either side. Available from 11.25° to 90° in 24", 36", 48" and 60" radii, 2" through 6" trade size. Two 45° sweeps can be joined for a 90° bend where a single 90° is not offered in the size.

Before You Order
- Not a listed product. Like split duct, split sleeve sweeps carry no ETL or UL listing. Where the NEC governs, confirm acceptance with the authority having jurisdiction before you order.
- Join with split sleeve couplings. The sweep butts to the duct or conduit and a split sleeve coupling goes over each joint. Order couplings to the same trade size.
- Long parcels. The 48" and 60" radius sweeps ship in long boxes; freight is quoted with the order.
