Aerial Fiber Optic Sheave | SHV Series
The Jameson SHV Series Aerial Buddy Fiber Optic Sheave is designed to protect ADSS and other jacketed fiber optic cable during aerial placement, setup, and directional turns. Available in 8" and 24" sizes, these sheaves feature a self-leveling design and spring-loaded cable capture to reduce derails while maintaining smooth, controlled cable feeding during installation. Offered as sheave only or with slip hook for added mounting flexibility.
- Self-leveling sheave design. Built for aerial setup, takedown and directional cable routing.
- 1,600 lb rated load. Supports controlled pulls for ADSS and jacketed fiber installations.
- Spring-loaded cable capture. Keeps cable and pull tape on the sheave to reduce derail risk.
- Dielectric polymer body. Components rated to 100 kV/ft dielectric strength.
- Slip hook option available. Adds mounting and aerial positioning flexibility.
