The Conductor Replacement Roller (CRR) offers a simple and efficient solution for the safe exchange of conductors using a lightweight aramid rope. Designed to streamline conductor replacement projects, the CRR provides a secure, easy-to-use protection system with minimal setup.

The process involves just three easy steps: laying out the pulling cable (which can be done using an electric pulling robot), tensioning the CRR Block assembly, and feeding the new conductor through the cable pulleys of the CRR Block.

The CRR rollers feature a spring-loaded gripping mechanism that secures the rope laterally without restricting rotational movement, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operation as the rollers rotate around the conductor.

The design focuses on simplicity and efficiency, with a mechanism that makes holding and connecting the rope around the conductor quick and secure. The external locking mechanism is easy to inspect from ground level, providing additional safety and peace of mind during deployment.
