Prime Conduit’s DB-120 PVC Sweeps with a 22.5° bend and belled end are engineered to provide smooth, shallow directional changes in underground power and communication conduit systems. The low-angle design eases cable transitions while maintaining structural integrity and reducing long-term stress on wiring or fiber.
Manufactured from heavy-wall, high-modulus PVC and compliant with NEMA TC-9 standards, each sweep features a factory bell end for fast, secure solvent-weld connections—no couplings required. Sweeps with a radius of 72" or greater may ship in segments to facilitate handling. Custom sizes and configurations are available upon request.
Available in sizes 2" through 6" with radii from 18" to 300", DB-120 22.5° sweeps are a dependable choice for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure-grade conduit installations.
