PVC Sweep | DB-60 | P&C Elbow | 22.5° | Bell End

Prime Conduit’s DB-60 PVC Sweeps with a 22.5° bend and factory bell end are designed to provide smooth, low-angle directional changes in underground power and communication (P&C) conduit systems. These sweeps minimize cable strain and help maintain proper pull geometry, especially in utility duct installations.

Constructed from high-modulus PVC, these sweeps are suitable for both direct burial and concrete encasement. Each sweep includes a solvent-weldable bell end that eliminates the need for couplings, improving installation speed and reliability.

Available in 2″ through 6″ sizes with radius options from 24″ to 300″, these sweeps are compliant with NEMA TC-9 and ASTM F-512 standards. Sweeps with a radius of 72″ or more may be shipped in segmented form for easier transport. For 3½″ DB-60 conduit (Part #48814-020), Schedule 40 elbows are recommended.
