9450A Series Stainless Steel Orifice Plates provide precise, repeatable flow measurement for hydronic systems requiring dependable differential-pressure accuracy. Fabricated from corrosion-resistant AISI 316 stainless steel, this wafer-style orifice plate installs easily between ANSI 125 or 150 flanges and includes integrated high- and low-pressure test points for direct flow verification.
Built in accordance with BS7350 standards, the 9450A maintains a ±5 % Cv tolerance and operates at 600 PSI WOG. With a working temperature range of 15 °F to 260 °F, it performs reliably in both chilled and hot water systems, including those treated with antifreeze or anti-boil additives.

Installation Guidelines: Install on pipe of matching nominal size with at least 5× diameters of straight run before and after (10× if at pump outlet). May be used with balancing valve RWV 9574P for system calibration.
