The ID (Inside Diameter) Telecom Conduit with HW (Heavy Wall) construction is designed specifically for Canadian telecom applications that require below-ground installation. Its compact Outside Diameter (OD) makes it compatible with standard pipe clamps, though careful selection of clamp size is essential to ensure a secure fit.
Available in sizes ranging from 2" to 6", the conduit offers flexible connection options to suit different installation needs. For a straightforward setup, select the Straight Socket Joint by adding “-S” to the part number, or choose the Interference Joint for a secure interference fit by adding “-I.” When ordering 10 ft (3.05 m) lengths, half of the order will be provided with interference joints and half with straight socket joints, offering versatility within a single shipment.
The heavy wall thickness is engineered to meet specific performance requirements, with other thickness options available by special request. Note that UL designates Champion Fiberglass MW for 5" and 6" as SW.
