Every kit is built on Jameson JE foam core fiberglass poles - individually dielectrically tested to 100kV per foot for five minutes per OSHA 1910.269(j)(1)(i), with a foam core that adds hoop strength and an enamel surface that resists fiber blooming. Pruner heads use Cut-Safe blade geometry to prevent accidental cuts, paired with impulse-hardened Barracuda tri-cut saw blades and quick-change adapters so a crew can switch from saw to pruner in seconds.
