MDS Enclosure Parts & Bulkhead Plates — Product Overview
Replacement parts, bulkhead plates and mounting hardware for the MDS (MicroDuct Distribution System) Enclosure. Bulkhead plates are how you configure the enclosure — swap a blank L-type plate for an 8.5mm or 12.7mm position plate to bring MicroDucts out of the box, or a 2.50" cable-opening plate to bring a large cable in. The clamps, grommets, ties and screws are the wear and consumable items that go missing on a job.

Key Features
- Configure the enclosure — five bulkhead plate styles cover 8.5mm and 12.7mm MicroDuct pass-through, 2.50" cable entry, and blanking off unused slots.
- Plate limits per enclosure — maximum three 2.50" cable-opening plates, six 8-position 8.5mm plates, or three L-type 6-position plates per box.
- Ladder rack mounting — stand-off brackets ship as a pair and mount the enclosure above or below an existing 12", 18" or 24" ladder rack.
- Field consumables — hose clamps in two ranges, 2.5mm web grommets, cable ties and the three MDS screw types, all sold individually.
- Bulkhead connectors sold separately — 8.5mm position plates take Dura-Line # 20001712; 12.7mm plates take # 20003017.
