Swedge Reducer, Spigot x Spigot — Schedule 40 PVC fitting that steps a conduit run down one or two trade sizes, with a solvent-weld spigot on each end.

A swedge reducer is a single molded fitting with a large spigot on one end and a small spigot on the other. Each spigot cements into a standard coupling or bell of its own size, so the reducer sits between two couplings to join, for example, a 5" run to a 4" run. Spigot x spigot means you choose the couplings, which keeps the transition short and lets the reducer work with bell-end conduit as well.
