The Condux Y-Block is designed for installing a micro duct or fiber cable into an existing occupied duct when coupled to the Gulfstream 400 Fiber Optic Cable Blower.
These Y-Block Duct Packs are sold separately. Each duct pack includes 2 seals and 2 clamps. Available configurations cover duct outside diameters from 1.315" to 2.375" (33 mm to 60 mm).

The duct packs on this listing fit the Condux Y-Block kit 08761850, which is not included. They are not for the LW Deluxe Y-Block (08782300), which uses its own duct packs (08782302 to 08782308). For reference, the Y-Block itself offers:
