Electrofusion Processor | 240V | 1/2"–63" IPS | IntegriFuse I-105
Electrofusion Processor | 240V | 1/2″–63″ IPS — Product Overview
The IntegriFuse I-105 Electrofusion Processor is a high-capacity, weather-resistant fusion control unit engineered for demanding applications requiring reliable performance across all universally barcoded electrofusion fittings up to 63″ IPS. Each processor is supplied with a rugged wheeled Pelican™ case for enhanced protection during transport and jobsite use.
The I-105 features improved onboard electronics that support long fusion times, high-amperage output, and back-to-back fusion cycles without overheating. A large, intuitive graphic display walks the operator through each fusion step, while the double-insulated transformer with galvanic isolation maximizes electrical safety.
Designed for 240V jobsite power, the processor includes a 4-prong L14-30 plug and comes equipped with 4.0 mm lead tips and 4.7 mm adapters for universal compatibility. The optional integrated GPS module provides ±2.5 m (8.2 ft.) location accuracy. Up to 7,500 fusion reports can be stored and exported through USB or RS232 in CSV/TXT formats.
Which One Do I Need?
| I-60 Processor — 120V | I-105 Processor — 240V (this listing) | |
|---|---|---|
| Fusion range | 1/2″ – 16″ DIPS | 1/2″ – 63″ IPS |
| Input power | 120V AC, 3-prong L5-30 | 240V AC, 4-prong L14-30 |
| Generator required | 5,000W continuous, non-welding | 6,500W continuous, non-welding |
| Peak output | 100 A (electronically limited) | 120 A (electronically limited) |
| Typical use | Service and distribution work on smaller fittings, and any site where only 120V power is available | Large-diameter mains and back-to-back fusion cycles on sites with 240V power |
Important: the I-105 covers everything the I-60 does and adds large-diameter capability, but it will not run on 120V site power. If the crew only has a 120V generator, the I-60 is the processor that will actually start. Where 240V is available, the I-105 is the safer choice for range.

Pipe surfaces must be scraped before electrofusion. A processor on its own will not produce a sound joint on unprepared pipe.
