DB-120 Utility PVC Duct, 20 ft Bell End — the heaviest-wall member of the P&C Duct family, for direct burial and concrete encasement where trench loads are high.
Standard DB-120 and DB-120 Utility both meet ASTM F512 and NEMA TC-6 and TC-8, and both are rated for 90°C cable. The difference is how the minimum wall is calculated: standard DB-120 is built to a 500,000 psi modulus and Utility to a 400,000 psi modulus, which produces a thicker wall at every size (0.083" against 0.077" at 2", 0.244" against 0.227" at 6"). That extra wall is what utilities specify for deep trenches, poor backfill and traffic-loaded crossings. Each 20 ft stick has one integral bell for solvent-weld joining.
